Hoobuy help: where to ask
Product and option questions start with the seller listing. For a payment, warehouse or parcel problem, use the corresponding record in your Hoobuy account. If a destination carrier asks for an address correction or collection, follow that carrier’s instructions. Choose a topic below to prepare the right request.
Make the request easy to understand
For a measurement: “Please photograph the jacket laid flat, with a tape from shoulder seam to sleeve cuff.” For a wrong option: state what you ordered and what appears in the warehouse record, then ask which return or exchange actions are available.
Shopping terms: QC, GL, RL and consolidation
QC means quality-check information or photos. GL and RL are community shorthand for accepting or rejecting what is visible. They do not replace the controls in your own order. Consolidation means preparing multiple warehouse items as a parcel.
Frequently asked questions
- Can this site tell me which size to buy?
- The converter and guide help compare measurements. Use the seller’s method and a reference garment; the tool does not choose a size.
- Why is shipping not included in the product price?
- The international shipment depends on your destination, the packed contents, weight, dimensions and selected route.
- Can I return after seeing warehouse photos?
- Ask Hoobuy about the current eligibility and deadline while the item remains in the warehouse. Seller terms and return costs may apply.
- Where do I ask about a delayed parcel?
- Use the parcel reference and last tracking event in your Hoobuy account. Follow the destination carrier when it is handling the final delivery.
How to use the tools in this guide
Browse products · Read the listing · Compare measurements · Order and ship
In the sizing converter, enter a positive measurement and choose the unit supplied by the seller; the equivalent value updates as you type. On a checklist, tick the details you have checked and read the progress count. The help selector changes the answer to match your question type. These are temporary browser aids, so save your final order notes before leaving.
